Do I need an account?
You can explore some public areas, but saving, creating, ordering, messaging, earning coins, and managing your profile require sign-in.
Where are my saved projects?
Open My Saved from the avatar menu, or use the Saved Projects view inside My Projects.
Why is my project not public yet?
A submitted project may be pending review. If it was returned for correction, open My Projects to read the note, edit the project, and resubmit it.
Where do I track marketplace purchases?
Open My Orders from the avatar menu. Order history includes status, item summary, delivery address, and tracking details when available.
Can I buy Incracoins?
The current wallet messaging says coins are earned through activity and are not available for direct purchase.
How do I contact support?
