Users may create accounts using email, Google authentication, GitHub authentication, or other supported login methods.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, all activities performed through your account, and ensuring your login credentials remain secure.

Incramania may allow third-party sellers to list products or services on the platform.

Sellers are solely responsible for product accuracy, pricing, delivery commitments, product quality, legal compliance, and warranty and support claims.

Incramania acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and may not be directly responsible for third-party products, services, warranties, shipping issues, or seller actions.

Incramania reserves the right to remove listings, suspend sellers, or restrict marketplace access at its discretion.

Users may upload content including text, images, videos, comments, product listings, tutorials, and other materials.

By uploading content, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the content, the content does not violate any law or copyright, and the content does not contain harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading material.

Incramania reserves the right to remove content that violates platform policies.

Users must not violate laws or regulations, upload illegal or harmful content, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access to systems, spread spam, malware, or scams, sell prohibited or counterfeit items, or abuse or harass other users.

Violation may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action.

Certain services on Incramania may involve payments, subscriptions, commissions, or marketplace transactions.

Users agree that payments are processed through third-party payment providers, applicable taxes may apply, refunds are subject to the Refund Policy, and Incramania may hold or delay seller payouts for security or dispute verification purposes.

All branding, logos, platform designs, software, and original platform content related to Incramania are owned by Incramania Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform materials without permission.

Incramania does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The platform may occasionally experience maintenance downtime, technical interruptions, third-party service failures, and network-related issues.

Incramania shall not be liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incramania and its operators shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, marketplace disputes between users, seller or buyer misconduct, data loss, business interruption, or unauthorized access caused by external attacks.

Users access and use the platform at their own risk.

Incramania reserves the right to suspend accounts, remove content, restrict access, and permanently terminate users without prior notice if platform rules are violated.

Incramania may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable courts in Kerala, India.
